No. First-time guests submit a reservation request. We review the request and, once approved, the reservation is confirmed and the initial payment is captured.

Our planned direct-booking policy is a 100% refund for cancellations 30+ days before check-in, a 50% refund 14–29 days before check-in, and no refund within 14 days. The binding policy will be displayed during checkout before you submit payment.
Yes, Recreation Center access is available as an optional amenity. The per-person fee is paid directly at the Recreation Center and is not included in your chalet booking.
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Up to three vehicles are permitted: one in the garage and two in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.
